Design Build
During a design-build project, we work with customers, tenants, and general contractors from a conceptual design stage. We will build a preliminary budget based on the owner/tenant’s input and then propose a cost for that design while always working with the owner. We have a full-time staff of engineers that design projects and take care of the installation from beginning to end. A true turnkey service, we work either directly for the owner or as a team, along with the general contractor.
Commercial Electrical Contracting
Enterprise Electrical also often offers commercial contracting services based on provided reviews of engineering drawings and plans. We produce a comprehensive estimate and present that budget to owners and clients, following up with a complete installation of these items.
Service
We offer a full-service commercial service department. This all-inclusive service department provides a full range of repairs and replacements. We service existing maintenance for both new and current customers in need of service as well as handle warranty work for the construction department. They handle small construction projects and service-related work on a daily basis, from changing out lights and replacing blown fuses to investigating loss of power to equipment and/or facilities.
We can provide immediate repair services for critical infrastructure at tenants or owners building facilities.
We can handle routine maintenance for large facilities, providing weekly or monthly maintenance on a call-out basis.
We utilize thermal imaging of electrical panels and equipment to enhance preventive maintenance-investigating problems, issues, hot spots, loose wires, and to prevent failures in the electrical service and/or to provide an assessment to the owner’s insurance company.
