Greg Trejo

Executive Vice President

With 46 years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, Greg is a results-oriented leader. His expertise lies in managing multimillion-dollar hard bid and design-build projects with a proven track record of success, particularly in construction plan development, operations management, client relationship management, contract administration, project oversight, field labor productivity, and safety compliance. Greg supports all projects, ultimately maximizing the company’s bottom line.

Joe Banda

Vice President of Sales & Business Development 

Joe boasts nearly 30 years of expertise and extensive networks within the Houston electrical construction sector. His journey spans from being a field-level superintendent to excelling in estimating, service-project management, and overseeing company-wide operations. Known as one of those individuals who effortlessly connects with everyone at industry events, Joe brings a wealth of experience and a knack for fostering strong relationships.

Wes Johnson

Preconstruction Director

Wes has over 42 years of experience in all aspects of contracting. He consistently delivers exceptional results across various project levels due to his ability to create efficiency and maintain focus. Wes has played a key role in securing over $488 M in contract awards. His experience across multiple market sectors has been key in our success into new and challenging business lines. Wes firmly believes in the principles of honesty and integrity, ensuring that client desires are met while fulfilling the company’s needs.

Shawn Cotton

Vice President of Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Shawn Cotton leads the HR function and serves as member of Executive Team at Enterprise Electrical. With over 30 years of experience guiding organizations through transformation and growth, he focuses on creating people systems that are clear, scalable, and rooted in the company values. Shawn is committed to fostering a culture where employees feel supported, connected, and empowered to do their best work. Billy R. Gordon II is a seasoned electrical construction executive who brings valuable mission critical knowledge and experience to our National Team. For 14 years, Billy has been delivering large-scale, technically demanding electrical construction projects – spanning mission critical facilities, data centers, industrial plants, and advanced manufacturing across multiple states. His legal background in energy law adds a distinctive layer of risk awareness and contract fluency that benefits both the project team and the owner relationship.

Regional Project Executive

Neil Bond brings more than 20 years of electrical construction experience to his role as Regional Project Executive. He provides strategic direction, supports project teams, and builds lasting partnerships with customers throughout every stage of a project. He believes the foundation of every successful project is strong relationships, servant leadership, and a culture of accountability. His focus is on developing people, driving operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.

He has successfully led teams on commercial, industrial, healthcare, and higher education projects and has earned a reputation as a trusted leader in the South Central Texas electrical construction industry. He is committed to developing people, growing the San Antonio branch, and building the processes and culture that enable teams to operate with excellence.
