Josh Shelton

President

Josh embarked on his career in the U.S. Navy in 1995 and has since accumulated 27 years of valuable experience in various areas including field operations, safety, estimations, project management, operational management, and entrepreneurial leadership. He is deeply motivated by his values and a strong sense of community, finding immense satisfaction in delivering exceptional service and upholding a level of quality that surpasses industry standards.

Executive Vice President

With 46 years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, Greg is a results-oriented leader. His expertise lies in managing multimillion-dollar hard bid and design-build projects with a proven track record of success, particularly in construction plan development, operations management, client relationship management, contract administration, project oversight, field labor productivity, and safety compliance. Greg supports all projects, ultimately maximizing the company’s bottom line.

Wes has over 42 years of experience in all aspects of contracting. Wes has played a key role in securing over $488 M in contract awards. His experience across multiple market sectors has been key in our success into new and challenging business lines. For 14 years, Billy has been delivering large-scale, technically demanding electrical construction projects – spanning mission critical facilities, data centers, industrial plants, and advanced manufacturing across multiple states. His legal background in energy law adds a distinctive layer of risk awareness and contract fluency that benefits both the project team and the owner relationship.
