The safety program at Enterprise is robust and comprehensive, featuring experienced leadership, regular OSHA training by qualified trainers, ongoing safety education for all field staff, NFPA 70E training for supervisors, CPR/First Aid training, attentive new employee programs, quarterly safety incentives, regular JSAs and toolbox talks. Our integrated communication tools allow us to communicate continuously with all employees. Additionally, we emphasize total human health by integrating wellness and mental health support into our safety practices.

Training and Development
We prioritize the growth of our employees, both in the field and in the office environment. Our tuition reimbursement program supports attendance at IEC Electrical School, enhancing technical skills. At Enterprise Electrical University, we offer specialized programs like the Leadership Skills and National Electrical Code Mastery Curriculum.
Additional training opportunities include:
- Front Line Supervisor Training. Teaching strong leadership enhances safety and productivity.
- Accredited Project Management Training through Associated Builders and Contractors
- Dale Carnegie School to further refine leadership and communication skills.
Our commitment continues into our Apprenticeship Program, which incorporates comprehensive training and mentorship for new apprentices. We are dedicated to providing support and guidance to help all employees develop their skills and become an integral part of the team.
