FAQs
Before applying for a craft position, you will only be considered for an interview if you meet the following requirements:
- Valid TX Apprentice, Journeyman or Masters Electrical License
- Social Security Card
- Valid TX ID or Driver’s License
Application Submission – Complete all role-specific forms and confirm all requirements are met.
Interview – Our HR department will connect if you are a qualified candidate. This could be a phone call or an in-person interview. Submit job inquiries and questions directly to our recruiter, Nicole Olaya Nolaya@enterpriseelectricalco.com.
Orientation – If hired, your first day will be orientation. You will review all onboarding documents plus safety programs and training.

Our starting pay for green employees is $15.35 per hour. Our pay scale aligns with the IEC Gulf Coast Chapter.
We strive to accommodate the geographical preferences of our employees across Houston and Central Texas. In doing so, we attempt to match our field personnel with project sites near their homes, prioritizing their convenience and comfort whenever possible.
